I know, I know.  It’s been a while. Two factors:  First, my job has been very consuming and I am behind on all the things.  Second, I’ve been spending a lot of free time with Him #2…. I stole a picture yesterday while we were shopping (his idea!)

I’d share more about this time, but it would get sickeningly cute I think this would be the result:

I will just say that the first thing he did when he came over my house the first time was pick up the friendlier of my cats (the other continues to hide in her safe spot) and give her some good pets.

He has since threatened to steal her, which I told him would be the end of us.  And him.  But, until then, I’m like:

I realize the appeal of the blog is my awkward dating so you may be somewhat unhappy by the recent development.  But, never you fear, my awkwardness is here!  Today, we were texting and I was also texting my personal trainer (someone may not have attended a class at the gym this morning…..).  I was texting both of them about how my shoulder was bothering me.  And yea…. I mixed up the text and ended up sending a somewhat explicit text to my trainer about what “we” did yesterday….and by that I mean holding hands…duh!

It took me a while to figure out why “his”response was lots of laughter.  Then I crawled inside myself and died.

Hopefully, it gets me out of some horrible exercise tomorrow morning.
